Here they were, the wonderful red Figures fabrics and they told me "make a quilt" but I did not know what to do and I was so scared to ruin the fabrics. Thus I waited and waited until last week when I suddenly saw the right pattern (Metro Twist of Sew Kind of Wonderful) . I could use the Quick Curve Ruler and that is perfect since I really love those curves. Everything else was easy: I started to cut and to sew and then to cut again. Here are the first blocks:

Nach 60 einzelnen Blöcken sieht es dann so aus. Ich muss mindestens noch 120 eher aber 160 dazu machen. Das dauert noch ein Weilchen, aber ein Anfang ist schon mal gemacht.
After almost 60 blocks it looks like this. BUT I have to have at least 120 to 160 more. This will take a while but I got started and know where the journey goes. That´s good.

The color looks a lot similiar to my blocks for the German Tula Pink Quilt Along. My next blocks are here:

So viel ist sicher: Der Quilt aus dem Quilt Along wird zu dem anderen Quilt wunderbar passen.
That´s for sure: The quilt of the quilt along matches the other quilt perfectly.
